Each chain is handcrafted, production time can take 7-10 business days depending on current material stock. Chains will come with a Standard Push Gate Clasp in whichever color compliments to chain color best. Additional and different clasps are available for purchase on my site and are interchangeable with little to no effort!
I got my boyfriend a 4-1 Half Persian Collar to celebrate our relationship and we both love it! The clasp that comes with the collar is both sturdy and easy to operate. The collar is lightweight and feels very natural around his neck. The time between ordering and receiving the collar was quite minimal! All around a lovely experience, I told him that if he ever wants to get me a collar to please order one from here!

The collar itself is amazing quality and so far has survived being lightly-pulled.
WE accidentally ordered the wrong type of collar and the amazing customer service team just updated it AND refunded us the £3 difference.
The only downside was that the shipping took a while because UPS lost it, but they quickly made a new one and it arrived no problem.
