Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are available on all orders as long as they have not been completed and shipped out, or had special materials ordered for them. Special materials include all precious metals like Silver and Gold.

strictlygeneric reserves the right to cancel any order if client wants customization on an object that promotes any sort of hate speech or profane imagery degrading or harming anyone based on sex, gender identity, race, ethnic and cultural identities, national origin, religious affiliation, physical or mental ability, or sexual orientation.

Customs and Duties on International Orders Policy

strictlygeneric is a small business based in the United States. We will ship worldwide but it is the client's responsibility to be aware of any custom, duty, or import fees that are due when purchasing from us! 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on most products within 14 days of marked delivery. Products that aren't eligible for returns are chainmaille products with more than 2 colors in the pallete, products made with precious metals like Silver and Gold, tags that have been engraved, and jump ring vials where the seal has been broken.

It's the client's responsibility to cover return shipping costs when returning an item. Additionally, shipping costs and tips will not be refunded for a return.

Forced returns, items returned as undeliverable due to address that client has provided, or items returned due to unpaid custom, duty, or import fees will have an administrative delay. If the return falls into a product category of something that would normally be taken back strictlygeneric will reach out and see if the client would like us to reship at their expense. If it is not something that is normally returnable the product will not be refunded and held until the client repurchases shipping. 

Shipping Policy

All chainmaille items are hand crafted and will take 7-10 business days to produce. Items will then be shipped out using the method chosen at checkout. Should the free economy shipping be chosen for orders above $75 your package will ship via USPS first class, or USPS first class international depending on where you're ordering from. Should additional time for crafting be needed you will receive an email to notify you of the delay along with the reason. Buyer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address at checkout and seller is not responsible should the information given is incorrect. If you as the buyer realize there was a mistake during checkout please contact us at nyx@strictlygeneric.com so that we can update your shipping address before your order goes out!
